Procedure 6(r) relating to admissibility of hearsay evidence by peace          
officers before the grand jury" was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 3583.                    
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 349(JUD) was                         
adopted.

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR
